With over 26 years of industry experience, Jeff’s journey from a carpenter framing houses to a seasoned project manager at a Fortune 500 company has equipped him with a unique blend of carpentry finesse and management skills. In 2007, amidst economic challenges, Jeff founded Wolff Contracting and Development, Inc., initially focusing on small-scale projects such as basements and decks. Drawing from his rich carpentry background, managerial expertise, and strong client referrals, Jeff expanded his services to encompass general contracting work, steadily growing his company year by year. Jeff’s unwavering commitment to quality, expeditious project timelines, and customer satisfaction shines through in every project, making him a trusted leader in the construction industry.

Martin has been a key team member of Wolff Contracting since 2015. With a background in Marketing and Communications, he has significantly contributed to growing the brand and company over the years. Before pursuing a career in Marketing, he began his studies in Architecture due to his love of drawing and drafting. After college, he worked in a lumber yard, gaining in-depth industry knowledge while dealing with contractors and leading material fabricators. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Martin is a crucial part of our company as one of the Sr. Project Managers. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, attend sporting events, and go to concerts.

Originally from Wheaton, IL, Gabriel studied Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Architecture and Sustainable Design at Eckerd College, in St. Pete, FL.

He began his career at Wolff Contracting & Development in February of 2020, where he currently serves as a Project Manager/Superintendent. In this role, Gabriel oversees projects from concept to completion, collaborating with architects and clients to fulfill their visions. He excels in managing schedules, coordinating trades, and problem-solving on-site, ensuring smooth project progress and client satisfaction. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, Gabriel maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders while delivering high-quality results.

With a degree in Interior Design, Carli has worked in both commercial and residential design firms. Transitioning from designer to motherhood, she left her career to focus on raising her three children. During this time, she was an assistant to a top Financial Advisor and later the Director of Operations for a hospitality group, before returning to the field she loves. With an established background in construction, design, finance, and operations, her position with Wolff was a perfect match.
